Youth Ministries News

"The risks facing contemporary teenagers bear solemn testimony to the church's ineffectiveness at addressing adolescence. Youth look to the church to show them something --Someone -- capable of turning their lives inside out and the world upside down. Most of the time we have offered them pizza.”

Kenda Creasy Dean, in The Godbearing Life: The Art of Soul Tending for Youth Ministry

About Our Ministry:

We are a group of passionate young people who are not afraid to live into the mystery of deep spiritual questions, and seek out what it means for each of us, as Christians, to follow Jesus. We are a community about change; changing our eyes, ears, mouth, mind, heart, and life. Changing because of what we see revealed in Jesus.

In agreement with Happy Corner’s mission statement, we strive to be a community that shares the compassion of Jesus, nurtures Spiritual Growth, and empowers rising generations. The following hopeful reflects this focus and commitment.
